Mario has more than 38 years experience in the construction materials industry and has held Senior Management and Executive Positions at Head Office, State and National levels, both in Australia and overseas with quarry, fly ash, precast and concrete companies.

As the current Group Sales Manager Don has over 40 years experience in the construction supply industry having held senior management positions within national and private companies. He is experienced in the Steel, concrete, and quarry material supply market.

After 6 years in the Construction Industry working on major projects in Queensland and NSW, Rob entered the Construction Materials Industry, and over a 23 year period held senior managerial positions in WA, Victoria and Hong Kong in the concrete and quarrying fields. In addition, Rob was GM of a major Victorian Spray Sealing Company for 4 years.

Stephen has worked for Neilsens since 2010 Stephen is a Civil Engineer with Advanced Diploma in Concrete Technology, member Institute Concrete Technology (UK) with 34 years experience in construction and construction materials in senior operational and technical roles.
